What does well paid Architecture look like? It looks like somewhere that offers you a 10% Bonus, a £5,000 Car Allowance, a considerable pension and private healthcare. Which is what you’d get if you worked here. It also looks like job security, better holidays, bigger mortgages and financial stability. Which is also what you’d get as a result. All whilst still staying in your comfort zone in the profession, in a practice. Don’t worry I’m not confusing this Architectural Practice with a contractor. I know it seems like I might be. The sectors range; Energy from Waste to Aviation. Data Centres to Manufacturing and Logistics. That’s how they make it all pay. And they’re not miserable about it. Far from it. They’re a successful business that grows 20% a year come rain or shine. And you’ll find that the feel of the place is just as good as everywhere else. Probably a bit more chipper if anything. Nobody really leaves. So there must be something to it. If you’re fed up with being fooled around on your payrises and promotions, you won’t have this problem here either. They’ve got the growth, so the progression is there automatically, it’s realistic. Give your wallet a rest and get some piece of mind and security. What you’ll be doing- Leading Projects and managing a design and delivery team.
- Managing and working closely with clients.
- All RIBA Stages (inc design whether you’re a Technician or Architect or Designer).
- Hands on Design and Technical drawings, often working in Revit.
- Qualified and experienced Architectural Professional. This includes Architects, Technicians / Technologists and Part II or Part III qualified.
- All rounder with both technical and design experience.
- Ideally have used Revit before.
- Currently Senior or Associate level.
