About this job
This Studio has brought 5 Part II’s through to Post Part III in the last 3 years. They’ve got the variety and project load to do it. Do you want to hang around or would you prefer to work for a proper planned out and resourced practice? If you did, it’d mean that sooner rather than later you can stop just being the ‘cheap resource’ for the office and get onto the project work that’ll get you qualified. What’s more, you’ll qualify and earn decent money. If you worked here, you’d be in structured salary bands, not just ‘as little as we can get away with’. There’s respect for your time, your work / life balance. So you can forget about overtime and unpaid hours. You’d work for a practice that’s putting a lot of effort and resources into front end design capabilities. So it’s a creative, ideas focussed place that touches upon lot’s of sectors and different building types. It’s a lively, fun place to work. From working out the best way to hollow out a hole in the ground for a bunker themed leisure attraction on one project to using a custom parametric tool to create a conical incision in an existing building on another… getting bored, and not working in a creative place aren’t things you’d really worry about. What you’ll need:- MArch qualified Part II
- Experience using Revit
- Confident in presenting and communicating with client’s and other disciplines.
- Capable of supporting all project stages from 0 - 7.
- Existing knowledge of UK Building Regs.
